PRIVACY POLICY · EFFECTIVE 31 OCTOBER 2026

Privacy Policy

Cirvello is operated by Nicholas Lepper, sole trader, ABN 78 556 590 342, trading as CalHop, of 97 Forrest Street, Nudgee QLD 4014, Australia. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@cirvello.com.au.

Information we collect and process

Cirvello processes account details such as names and email addresses, authentication records, workspace memberships, billing references, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, activities, uploaded documents and usage or audit information generated while the service is used. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by Cirvello.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide CRM features, manage workspaces and subscriptions, deliver account recovery and invitations, provide support, investigate faults, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve service reliability and comply with legal obligations. Workspace administrators control user access and are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis to upload and use information relating to their customers, prospects and other contacts.

Service providers and overseas processing

Cirvello uses service providers including Cloudflare for hosting, application infrastructure, email delivery and storage, and Stripe for billing and payment processing. These providers may process information outside Australia in accordance with their own infrastructure, privacy terms and contractual safeguards. Cirvello does not represent that all customer information is stored only in Australia.

Cookies and local storage

Cirvello uses an HTTP-only session cookie to keep users signed in. Optional remembered-email and workspace preferences may be stored in the browser. Temporary password-recovery links are time limited and successful password resets invalidate existing sessions.

Security

Cirvello uses access controls, encrypted transport, workspace isolation, audit logging and other technical safeguards designed to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should use strong passwords and restrict access to authorised users.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support customers, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. After an account or workspace is closed, information may remain for a limited period in operational systems and backups before being deleted through normal retention cycles. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to lawful retention requirements and the rights of other workspace users.

Access, correction and complaints

Workspace administrators can manage many records directly. For privacy requests or complaints, contact support@cirvello.com.au. We may need to verify identity and authority before disclosing, changing or deleting account information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
