TERMS OF USE · EFFECTIVE 31 OCTOBER 2026
Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Cirvello. Cirvello is operated by Nicholas Lepper, sole trader, ABN 78 556 590 342, trading as CalHop, of 97 Forrest Street, Nudgee QLD 4014, Australia. Support is available at support@cirvello.com.au.
Service and accounts
Cirvello provides a shared sales CRM workspace for authorised teams. Workspace administrators control invitations, roles and offboarding. Users must keep sign-in details secure, use the service lawfully and upload only information they are entitled to use.
Subscription, trial and pricing
Cirvello Business is A$990 per month excluding GST and includes 10 standard users plus one protected owner/admin seat. New eligible customers receive a 30-day trial when starting through Cirvello Checkout. A payment method is required and the subscription converts to paid billing unless cancelled before the trial ends. Returning customers are not entitled to another free trial.
Additional seats are purchased in packs. A five-user pack is A$625 per month excluding GST and a ten-user pack is A$1,000 per month excluding GST. Applicable GST is added through Stripe. Paid upgrades may be prorated immediately. Reductions are scheduled for the next renewal so existing paid access is not reduced early.
Billing and cancellation
Billing is processed by Stripe. Workspace administrators can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through Cirvello Settings and the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law. Ordinary seat reductions or cancellations do not create a refund for the unused part of a paid period. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your data
You retain rights in information you upload to Cirvello. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, back up, transmit and display that information solely to provide, secure and support the service. Workspace administrators can export CRM records and download attachments. Customers should export information they need before closing an account. Post-cancellation access may be limited once the subscription ends.
Acceptable use
You must not use Cirvello to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, bypass usage or security controls, or upload information you are not authorised to process.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Cirvello available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for security, compliance, maintenance or product development. Preview or beta features may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Intellectual property
Cirvello, its software, branding, interface and service materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Cirvello service or underlying software to customers.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, non-payment, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirvello is provided on an as-available basis and we exclude warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee or liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Queensland and applicable Australian federal courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
